Our “Classico” is obtained from olives harvested in the territory of Altomonte and neighbouring towns. Suitable for all uses in the kitchen, from seasoning to frying. A lightly fruity oil with a slight hint of bitterness and spiciness. The typical flavours of tradition are recognisable in our extra virgin “Classico” oil.

“Primum’ is the extra virgin olive oil that is obtained in the first harvest period that runs from the end of October through the entire month of November. The oil obtained in this period has high standards of organoleptic properties, excellent as a raw condiment for all dishes, appreciated by all for the personality with which it enriches the various dishes of the Mediterranean diet, it has a light fruitiness characterised by its medium bitterness and persistent pungency.

The slightly perceived and persistent bitterness and pungency, the light fruitiness of ripe fruit with hints of field grass, almonds and artichoke are the characteristics of this genuine product.
